The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. **Job Responsibilities:** * Efficiently coordinate with clients to meet their service needs. * Schedule services effectively, optimising resources. * Develop service plans for optimal execution. * Data Validation and Report Generation * Allocate tasks to the service team for timely execution * Billing Management * Invoice Submission/Upload to Clients * Follow-ups on Purchase Orders, Service Contracts, Legal Agreements * Contract Renewal and Follow-up * Manage team attendance efficiently * Petty Cash Maintenance * Vehicle Usage and Maintenance * Service Center Maintenance * Analyze material consumption for cost efficiency **Key Result Areas:** * Client Coordination * Service Scheduling & Planning **Competencies (Skills essential to the role):** * Organizational skills * Contract management * Resource Allocation & Optimization * Team Management **Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:** * Any graduate * Fresher/ 1-2 year experience in ope
