Must Have
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel, interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences, Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner and solve problems quickly with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, Ability to organise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to team priorities, Responding to queries from both internal and external parties in a timely manner and providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally
Nice to Have
Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential, For candidates with no relevant experience, Scottish Higher / GCSE's (or equivalent) at level C or higher in relevant subject, Relevant professional qualifications e. g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate desirable but not essential
