Full Job Description
Summary The Operations Execution Coordinator supports Maintenance and Completions by managing, consolidating, and translating program data into actionable operational insight. This role is responsible for developing multi-week lookaheads, maintaining Line of Balance (LOB) accuracy, and coordinating with Planning and Scheduling to ensure alignment between the production floor and program schedules. The position is focused on execution readiness and operational alignment. It is not a program management or scheduling ownership role. The objective is to remove the burden of data mining from Maintenance leadership and enable timely, informed decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Lookahead equivalent combinations of education and relevant operational experience may be considered. Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience supporting operations, maintenance, production planning, scheduling, or execution coordination within other complex operational environments. Six Sigma, Project Management, or other operational certifications are considered a plus. This safety-sensitive position is covered by the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. Any applicant selected for this position will be subject to pre-employment drug testing. Persons occupying a "safety-sensitive” position will be subject to random drug and/or alcohol testing. Post-accident, reasonable cause, and return-to-duty tests may also be required based on specific circumstances. US Citizen Required - this position is located at a facility that requires special access.
