What You'll Achieve.
Drive performance improvements on KPIs including Customer Satisfaction, Ancillary Availability, and Operational Efficiency. Support root cause analysis and performance recovery efforts when KPIs are off track. Establish and maintain a performance reporting rhythm with local teams.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Have 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or a fast-growing scale-up. Have led small to medium-sized teams and enjoy coaching and developing others. Are an expert in driving performance using KPIs and operational metrics. Understand how to bridge central planning and local execution. Are obsessed with process consistency, but flexible enough to adapt when needed. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and levels. Have a solid grasp of tools like Excel/GSheets, project management software. Are fluent in English and availability to travel if needed.
