If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**_Operation Engineering Manager (SMT) _**_located in ** _Senai, Johor_**. **What a typical day looks like** : * Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence. * Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels. * Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI. * Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. * Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence. * Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices. * Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. * Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews. * Coach and mentor Operations team. * Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes. * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience. * Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required * Skill(s): **PCBA, SMT** NS27 #LI-NI1 ## ## Job Category Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, an
