ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK You'll join a small, high-leverage team building the operating systems that power Miter from the inside. We believe that a better-built world starts with a better-built Miter, so we’re rethinking how internal teams work, what tools they use, and how AI can multiply what each person ships. To start, you'll be embedded with our Customer Experience (CX) org, where fragmented information and manual processes slow down the people closest to our customers. You'll have wide latitude to pick the right problems, design the right systems, and partner with engineers to ship them. We move fast, write things down, and care more about outcomes than activity.
