What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or related discipline and 3 years of experience in managing product and process development, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing product and process development, 3 years of experience in process or product development management in industrial, logistics, distribution, last mile or production/manufacturing environment, 3 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other OE tools, 3 years of experience in advanced data analysis using supporting tools: Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, MS Access or equivalent, 3 years of experience in financial and statistical modelling

Evaluate performance objectives and metrics
Identify process improvement opportunities
Partner with operational leaders
Execute implementation of process improvements
Drive stabilization and standardization
Provide feedback to Pharmacy Design Engineers
Improve design of future pharmacy fulfillment centers
Deliver coaching and process path information
Support reduction of variation in process standards
Address knowledge gaps
Identify solutions that add value
Improve output quality
Improve throughput rates
Improve system utilization
Develop cross-functional knowledge of pharmacy operations systems
Develop cross-functional knowledge of pharmacy operations processes
Develop cross-functional knowledge of pharmacy operations procedures
