Global Engineering Services (GES) North America (NA) Operations Engineering (Ops Eng) is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Operations Engineer to root cause, solve, and scale systemic engineering challenges in First and Middle Mile Operations. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, monitor and innovate cost-effective solutions for our sortation and distribution systems. You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on hundreds of projects each year. This role requires 50 - 70% regional travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling.
