We are now looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Stavanger. We take pride in fostering a positive work environment and offer various initiatives for professional and social enrichment, including training sessions, weekly padel games, team-building activities, summer events, and activity competitions such as "Tampnet on the Move". ## Requirements Main responsibility and tasks * Monitor and operate network & telecommunication infrastructure * Proactive analysis of data from performance systems, investigation of anomalies, resolve or escalate findings * Execute operational procedures * Update documentation and performance systems * Provisioning and testing of services * Interact in projects with commissioning of infrastructure systems * Contributing to Cyber Security related tasks and projects * Take part in the globalization with transiting NOC to GNOC * After the training period, once qualified to participate in the 2nd line on-call duty arrangement, working hours can vary as NOC operates 365/24/7. The estimated average is every 5th-week on-call with an extra compensation package.
