What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, Minimum 5+ years of experience in application operations, production support, or application support roles within banking or financial services environments, Hands-on experience supporting the Planixs Realiti liquidity management platform in a production environment, Working knowledge of Temenos Corona applications and treasury-related banking systems, Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management, Experience monitoring application performance, interfaces, batch jobs, and operational processes, Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line operations
Nice to Have
Experience supporting European banking clients or regulated financial institutions

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Planixs Realiti in production environments, ensuring system availability, incident resolution, operational stability, and business continuity. The role requires close collaboration with Treasury Operations, Liquidity Management teams, Infrastructure teams, Application Development teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable and efficient support services for business-critical banking applications.
