As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products. * Own and resolve complex production incidents, performing deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions * Provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical banking platforms (Core Banking, Treasury, Payments) * Lead incident triage and resolution for high-severity events, including on-call responsibilities * Drive reliability improvements, reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) and repeat incidents * Coordinate releases, deployments, and environment readiness using CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, XL Release ) * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve system resilience and reliability * Produce RCA reports, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements * Mentor junior and mid-l
