Must Have

Bachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, Process, Biochemical engineering or related field., Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with regulated quality standards., Hands-on experience in process troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA., Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and safe working practices., Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

Experience in pharmaceutical, biologics or life-science manufacturing., Experience in validation, commissioning and qualification activities., Familiarity with process equipment such as filtration, chromatography or fluid handling., Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma., Project management experience delivering small to medium technical projects., Experience using digital tools for documentation, data analysis or control systems.
