Компанія шукає Operations Director на групу компаній — сильного операційного лідера, який допоможе вибудувати єдину, прозору та керовану операційну систему на рівні всієї групи компаній. Ця роль — про структуру, швидкість, відповідальність і здатність перетворювати складні процеси на зрозумілі та ефективні системи. ОСНОВНІ ЗАДАЧІ: - Управління операційною діяльністю групи компаній у декількох локаціях - Побудова та оптимізація ключових бізнес-процесів: виробництво, закупівлі, постачання, масштабування JV тощо - Забезпечення ефективної взаємодії між командами, локаціями та керівниками напрямів - Впровадження операційної дисципліни: регулярні статуси, KPI, контроль виконання рішень, прозора звітність - Пошук вузьких місць у процесах та впровадження рішень для підвищення швидкості й ефективності роботи - Контроль реалізації стратегічних ініціатив та крос-функціональних проєктів - Побудова системи відповідальності, де кожен процес має власника, строки та очікуваний результат ОЧІКУВАННЯ: - Досвід на позиції Operations Director / COO / Head of Operations / General Manager у швидкозростаючій компанії - Сильне розуміння бізнес-процесів, фінансової логіки, виробничої або технічної операційної моделі - Досвід побудови процесів з нуля або трансформації хаотичних процесів у системні - Вміння працювати з KPI, управлінською звітністю, бюджетами та план-факт аналізом - Сильні навички крос-функціональної взаємодії та управління керівниками напрямів - Висока швидкість прийняття рішень, системність, відповідальність та орієнтація на результат - Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate або вище - Буде перевагою досвід у defense-tech, hardware, manufacturing, R&D, electronics або складному технологічному бізнесі ПРОПОНУЄМО: - Ключову управлінську роль у defense-tech компанії, яка створює продукти з реальним впливом - Можливість будувати операційну систему групи н
