Must Have
Senior experience of overseeing delivery of projects (3 years+), Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver complex work, Team player with analytical, evidence-driven and thorough approach to working, Experience of owning and managing budgets, staff and operational plans, Ability to own relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, Proactive and agile approach to delivery, problem solving and change management
Nice to Have
Pensions projects and administration experience, Knowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pensions and pension benefits
What You'll Do.
Oversee delivery of projects and programme of work
Plan and manage people
stakeholders and budgets
Lead project teams and work with wider project area
Own relationships with client teams
Ensure excellent service is provided to clients and members
Deliver and focus on key commercial outcomes
Manage budgets and revenue targets
Manage a pipeline of work
Ensure work is delivered to time and budget
Manage changes to scope
Monitor and report project and staff metrics
Manage and communicate with teams
Support client teams with planning
Act as a point of escalation
Solve any issues arising
