Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational development within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale operational improvement projects, Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including budget and timeline accountability, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable, Experience in a contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environment is a plus

This role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence to support business expansion and efficiency targets. This role will be based onsite at one of our US sites and will require 75% travel.
