**JioBLAST** is a joint venture between Jio's RISE Worldwide and the Danish esports company BLAST ApS, officially launched in October 2025. The partnership's goal is to grow and shape the esports industry in India by creating world-class tournaments and competitive entertainment, leveraging Jio's digital ecosystem, BLAST's global esports expertise, and RISE's domestic sports experience. Welcome to JioBLAST and the Live Production & Operations Team! _**About the Role**_ As an Operations & Delivery Manager at JioBLAST, you are central to all live operations. You connect departments such as IP Development, Game Publisher, Live Production, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Brand Servicing, ensuring all tasks are up to date and completed. This role requires proactive management, not just coordination. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date event trackers, knowing the status of every project without being asked, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring teams and stakeholders complete their tasks. You serve as the primary source of information for all stakeholders. Given the fast-paced nature of Esports events, with frequent timeline changes, delayed approvals, and last-minute modifications, it is imperative to remain calm, composed and forward-thinking, with backup plans in place.
