Position Details: This role will be responsible for delivering management reporting and analysis for the Operations department. As part of the reporting scope, you will prepare monthly reporting to headquarters and monitor key metrics across various Operational functions. You will proactively develop and manage dashboards by working closely with cross-functional teams to help them monitor performance easily. You will analyze and interpret large datasets and leverage visualization and data analysis to drive transformation and automation in the business.  Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reporting requirements for HQ, which comprise of metrics for Credit, Funding, Customer Care, Collection, and back office operations.
