Meet the team: The Continual Services Improvement (CSI) team operates as a service organization supporting all departments across Latitude, housed within Latitude Operations. The team's core function is to drive enterprise-wide excellence by providing integrative project and program management, enhancing efficiency, policy development, and data analytics. Our primary objective is to be the premier enablers of excellence within the organization. What you’ll do: Apply strong exploratory data analysis skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets Navigate and query various data management systems, primarily BigQuery schemas, to extract and manipulate raw data Construct, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to join, filter, and transform data from disparate tables Leverage development tools like dbt (data build tool) within a code repository to build, test, and deploy production-level data models used by multiple teams Actively investigate and resolve data quality issues across various data tables to ensure accuracy and reliability Efficiently review and understand existing complex queries by tracing and interpreting multiple layers of data logic I
