What You'll Do.
Monitor routes coverage
Ensure IC check-in completion
Communicate route status to customer
Create routes pursuant to customer requirements
Ensure ICs provide delivery services
Communicate dispatch changes
Monitor dispatch board
Ensure customer delivery times are met
Communicate delays and problems
Ensure ICs use correct vehicle type
Ensure compliance with IC log in process
Assist ICs with dispatch issues
Arrange STAT coverage for customers
Restructure routes as requested
Ensure ICs comply with customer regulations
Assist with contracting of ICs
Complete daily service reports
Create administrative reports
Process administrative paperwork
Follow up with ICs on paperwork
Ensure ICs wear uniform shirt
Ensure ICs display ID badge
Perform other duties as assigned
