Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent experience in utilities or customer relations preferred, communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, developers, and contractors, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

What You'll Do.

Act as primary contact for utility services

Maintain department files

Update and manage workflows in iVUE system

Support billing processes

Assist with security system documentation

Provide back-up coverage across departments

Promote and maintain positive work environment
