**_Job Family_ :** Administrative Services (Digital) **_Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Public Trust ** _What You Will Do_ :** We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). This position is a full-time role located in Baltimore, MD, with partial telework eligibility as determined by the Government. * Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and programmatic support to NIDA to ensure continuity of operations and organizational efficiency. * Prepare and coordinate administrative documentation, including travel, correspondence, reports, and forms. * Support daily office operations, workflow coordination, and timekeeping activities. * Process personnel actions such as onboarding, promotions, and separations while ensuring compliance and accuracy. * Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics (including virtual platforms) and prepare agendas and meeting materials. * Maintain communication products such as websites, newsletters, and internal/external communications. * Maintain SOPs and provide guidance on administrative policies while serving as a liaison across program and administrative offices. * Manage databases, tracking systems, and records, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. * Process procurement requests, track orders, and maintain inventory/property records. * Support special projects, research activities, and strategic planning initiatives. * Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. * Support committee activities (e.g., IRPAC and ACUC), including coordination and documentation. * Prepare reports, deliverables, and financial documentation including invoices, budget tracking, and variance analysis. * Ensure all deliverables meet HHS and NIH standards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Bachelor’s degree. * A minimum of FIVE (5) years of administrative support experience, prefer
