Must Have

Bachelor's degree required, Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience, analytical and technical skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to learn new systems, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment, Knowledge of academic policies, registrar functions, enrollment reporting, and compliance standards (e. g. , FERPA, NSLDS, NSC), Experience analyzing and reconciling data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, Customer service-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

preferably in higher education, academic records management, or information systems, experience with Campus Solutions or similar systems is highly desirable, experience supporting audits is a plus
