What You'll Do.
Welcome parents/visitors
Assist with parent needs
Serve as first contact
Execute visitor protocols
Diffuse difficult situations
Maintain office cleanliness
Maintain office organization
Ensure teachers submit attendance
Distribute daily bulletin
Make attendance updates
Receive absence documentation
Code absence documentation
Distribute truancy notifications
Distribute attendance notifications
Confirm accuracy of records
Confirm truancy status
Inventory supply rooms
Inventory supply cabinets
Support supply distribution
Restock office supplies
Prepare documents for mailings
Prepare outgoing mailings
Maintain student files
Ensure file compliance
Conduct outreach for documentation
Enter student demographic information
Update student demographic information
Assist with student enrollment
Verify required documents
Ensure accurate student registrations
Assist with school events
Coordinate early dismissals
Maintain maintenance requests
Maintain custodial requests
Provide student technology support
