Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift, Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 60lbs during the assigned shift, Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 70lbs force to push during the assigned shift, Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift, Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift, Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, Exposure to wide range of temperatures
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year experience utilizing a WMS system, 6 months experience in a Packing function, 6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard, Must be able to become forklift certified or currently possess forklift certification

Act as a backup to Team Leads
Provide coverage for departments
Monitor department's progress
Diagnose and fix problem cases
Back up department team lead
Communicate stocking priorities
Cross train with Wave Planners
