What You'll Achieve.
ensure that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency; work toward constant improvement; connect as many people to the content they want in the simplest ways; Ability to meet and maintain production standards
Industry & Context.
Acts as a trouble-shooter to diagnose and fix problem cases; Ability to make good business decisions
Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, Exposure to wide range of temperatures, Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 60lbs, Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 70lbs force, Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or GED, 1 year experience utilizing a WMS system, 6 months experience in a Packing function, 6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard, Must be able to become forklift certified or currently possess forklift certification
What You'll Do.
Handing out Stocking tasks
Problem solving with PKMS
Act as a backup to Team Leads
Provide coverage during peak seasons
Monitor department progress
Diagnose and fix problem cases
Communicate stocking priorities
Cross train with Wave Planners
Perform other duties as assigned
