Become part of our team and shape a future in which clear vision and professional success go hand in hand. # **Your Role** * Manage international operations controlling processes for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Operations Central Functions, ensuring alignment with group financial guidelines and policies * Coordinate and support planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across the assigned areas, ensuring transparency and alignment * Regularly monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs such as cost, inventory and supplier spend, including variance and driver analysis, to provide actionable insights * Prepare clear and concise reports and decision making materials for management and key stakeholders * Collaborate closely with SCM, Procurement, Operations Central Function owners and Logistics teams to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives and align financial and operational objectives * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling concepts, reporting and analysis processes, increasing efficiency, transparency and effectiveness across the organization # **Your Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus * Several years of professional experience in operations controlling or related financial functions, ideally in an international industrial environment * Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into decision relevant insights * Strong SAP knowledge is mandatory, with hands on experience in controlling, reporting and data analysis *
