Welcome customers and coordinate courier pick-ups and distribute mail

Answer and route incoming calls courteously

Manage and reconcile expense reports

Code and process invoices

Plan broker events and support event coordination

and assist with onboarding and departures

Serve as office manager by coordinating supplies

Draft and edit project information

Maintain contractor insurance files and request updates before payment

Ensure costs are coded correctly and align with coordinate with contractors
