What The Role Is We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Program Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement Team. This role has two primary areas of focus: (1) owning and maturing Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program — the CPUC regulation governing maintenance, operation, and safety standards for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems — and (2) serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet. The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of power generation facilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across site teams, engineering, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing GO 167-C Compliance Program Ownership: Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet. Develop consistent processes and documentation standards — including Maintenance and Operation Plan Summaries, certifications, Logbook Verified Statements, and safety incident reports — in coordination with site teams, regional managers, and the compliance/legal function. Regulatory Reporting & RFI Response: Serve as the internal lead for all GO 167-C and CAISO regulatory reporting and data requests. Coordinate across site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal to gather required documentation and analysis. Manage response timelines and ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and on time. Causal Investigations & Safety Incident Support: Lead causal investigations into operational events and safety-related incidents covered under GO 167- C. Apply working knowledge of plant operations — including SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures — to reconstruct events, identify contributing factors, and support regulatory responses and corrective actions.
