Operations Co-op This is a 4 or 8-month internship and is based out of our Hellmanns factory in **Rexdale, Ontario**(195 Belfield Rd, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 1G8). We are looking for outstanding talent to join our factory team. **Who You Are & What You'll Do** * Work with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to create **machine autonomous maintenance standards** and **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** * Create and maintain **technical training materials and documentation** for factory processes * Provide support to the **Logistics team** through various transactional and operational activities * Support **waste elimination and factory loss reduction** using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies * Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support **root cause analysis and problem solving** * Develop troubleshooting capabilities on **process and packaging equipment** , and use engineering skills to map and understand processes * Create and establish **technical standards and standardized work** to ensure process stability and sustained performance The purpose of the Intern Program is to introduce you to Unilever through a challenging and rewarding experience, which offers you the opportunity
