What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience, communication and interpersonal skills, Takes responsibility and accountability, Excellent administrative and organisational skills, Confident and enthusiastic person, Team player, Ability to learn quickly, High degree of computer literacy
Nice to Have
database/data analytic exposure, background in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
What You'll Do.
Act as front-facing point of contact
Initial analysis of client requests
Proactively manages communication with client
Manage client expectations
Communicate operational improvement initiatives
Capture client requirements
Acquiring information on feasibility/timelines/costing
Investigates / problem solves issues/discrepancies
Monitor clients' tickets
Ensures delivery of changed/new client deliveries
Setup and maintain client's delivery specifications
Advocate of clients to improve technical solutions
Build knowledge to become Knowledge Champion
Support/Execute on Business as Usual Administration
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries; Acts as front and face for the operations team, both internally towards our Client Services team and directly with Clients; work with different stakeholders to provide the best solution; escalates to the appropriate team where required; prompt escalation/communication if potential issues arise; sharing learnings and best practices
Communication Scope
communication and interpersonal skills; displaying ability to connect and build relationships with clients, leadership and peers; Communicate operational improvement initiatives in a clear and understandable manner
