What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, 2+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience, high school diploma or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Nice to Have
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Manage NASC customer shipment workflows
Maintain virtual communication with Sort Center Operations leaders
Trial new tools and systems
Provide feedback on functionality
Gather Sort Center Operations feedback
Construct post-mortem reports on shift successes or failures
Advise Sort Center Operations leaders
Provide recommendations and guidance
Drive risk management strategies for Sort Centers
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met
Make business decisions based on data
Enhance customer experience
