3–4 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics, Demonstrated experience in implementing sales technology and automation/AI solutions, Proficiency in n8n, Proficiency in Claude, Analytical skills, Proficiency with Salesforce, Proficiency with Looker, Ability to work under a third-party agency for a 12-month contract

We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Sales Operations AI Automation Analyst to support our regional sales teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics, who enjoys building AI automation workflows, diving into business data, building dashboards,, and improving how sales teams operate. You will be part of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Business Operations Manager, and work closely with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights.
