The Role's Core Values Rebag has had its office in Tokyo since 2017(REBAG JAPAN G.K.), and is looking for a full-time Operations Associate individual. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a very fast-growing startup in its early stages and to write the future of collaborative luxury. Reports remotely directly to Japan Operations Manager and works with members of the Operations/Buying/Bizdev team in Japan and the US. Responsibilities: Preparing and filing forms and other documents. Updating logs and order forms. Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager. Take care of overall office needs. (e. g. Handling phone calls from vendors/partners, purchasing office supplies, communication with providers, coordination of office repairs, documents handling, etc.) Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
