Analysis and interpretation related to mortgage payments
Non-standardized document review and validation
Intermediate-level document review and/or preparation
Respond to or initiate non-standardized requests
High complexity non-standardized research
Intermediate-level analysis and reconciliations
Non-standard exception processing
Contact internal business partners or external customers
complete quality control
Provide coaching and training to offshore vendors
Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties as assigned
