Ensure accuracy on bookings

Check bookings into Orion system

Check bookings into DDS

Liaise with Finance team

Ensure accuracy across billing

Ensure accuracy across reconciliations

Support DDS reconciliation process

Assist with savings statements

Assist with savings release process

Keep deal summaries up to date

Reconcile monthly deals

Help with new supplier setups

Help with new client setups

Aid trading team with invoice queries

Aid Finance with invoice queries

Support Directors with tasks

Assist with addressable spend reconciliations
