**Position Overview:** The Associate Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership for the Hyderabad site, overseeing Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), and Print & Distribution functions. This role ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and delivers data-driven insights to support global business objectives. The Associate Director will lead diverse teams, foster innovation, and collaborate with senior leaders to align site operations with enterprise priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders across global and regional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** Strategic Leadership · Develop and execute operational strategies for Analytics, WFM, and Print & Distribution to support organizational goals. · Align site operations with global priorities, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness. · Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives across all functions. Operational Oversight · Lead teams responsible for: o Analytics: Metrics, dashboards, insights, reporting, and advanced analytics. o Workforce Management: Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time administration. o Print & Distribution: End-to-end print operations and distribution processes. · Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across all functions. Matrixed Collaboration · Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning priorities. · Navigate complex organizational structures to drive consensus and deliver results. · Represent Hyderabad operations in enterprise forums and cross-functional initiatives.
