We’re looking for an HR Associate who brings fresh energy, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for supporting people across the employee journey, through innovative approach, technology and cross collaboration. In this role, you’ll support key areas such as performance evaluation processes, compliance initiatives, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work closely with teams and leaders to help create a smooth, thoughtful, and consistent courier employee experience. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, service-minded, and comfortable taking ownership of both strategic support and everyday operational tasks.
