WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW Environmental markets are being built in real time, and so is Patch. We're at the stage where the platform is proven, customer demand is accelerating, and the people infrastructure that makes everything run needs to scale with it. As our Operations Associate, you'll report directly to the VP of Operations and sit at the intersection of People, Recruiting, and Corporate Operations. Your primary focus is making sure the internal machine runs well: that new hires land smoothly, that recruiting moves fast, that the SF office feels intentional, and that the cross-functional logistics holding the company together don't fall through the cracks. It's a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and cares deeply about the quality of every touchpoint, whether that's a candidate's first interaction with Patch or the way an All Hands comes together.
