## Requirements ● Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, AdministrativeAssistant, or Operations Coordinator role● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite● Experience using SharePoint● Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms● Excellent written English communication skills● Strong organizational and time management abilities● High attention to detail● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision● Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously● Professional, polite, and service-oriented approach ## Preferred Qualifications ● Experience supporting startup founders or leadership teams● Exposure to hiring, onboarding, and people operations● Experience creating or improving operational processes● Familiarity with remote-first work environments ## Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for someone who is:● Polite, professional, and easy to work with● Direct and efficient in their communication● Confident in taking ownership of tasks● Proactive in identifying solutions and process improvements● No-nonsense, highly organized, and reliable● Comfortable managing a wide variety of operational responsibilities ## Position Details ● Remote position● Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week● Flexible working arrangements● Target start date: Before the end of June● Opportunity for longer-term engagement based on performance and business needs
