What You'll Do.

Manage inventory and procurement of all non‑IT office supplies
coordinate daily catering and meeting refreshments
ensure the workplace remains functional
and presentable at all times
Plan and execute staff events and team‑building activities from end to end
deliver a high‑quality experience for all visitors
oversee the design and procurement of premium company merchandise
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and local partners
supervise maintenance
and landscaping services
collaborate with architects on interior improvements and office modifications
Provide administrative and coordination support to local management
preparing meeting materials
