What You'll Do.
Coordinate document control activities
Input document data into registers
Generate document control reports
Follow up on site needs
Provide controlled copies of documents
Maintain records of approved documents
Maintain documents in safe custody
Maintain files and control logs
Collect and maintain quality check sheets
Collect and maintain process worksheets
Collect and maintain production worksheets
Maintain maintenance database
Maintain Health & Safety meeting minutes
Update Health & Safety open items
Maintain operations training matrix
Generate daily attendance reports
Generate weekly attendance reports
Record supervisor responses for absenteeism
Generate Ops review open-issues list
Follow up on open items
Maintain operations rosters
Monitor employee performance review dates
Monitor performance review completions
Follow up with Supervisor on reviews
Coordinate activities between facilities
Assist with ISO audit reviews
Facilitate Production team purchasing
Monitor facilities budgets
Create production schedules
Distribute production schedules
Generate ad hoc reports
Visualize data for reports
Perform other management tasks
