We're a fast-moving coaching and education business looking for an Operations Assistant who takes real pride in doing things right. You'll be the person we rely on to keep our day-to-day operations accurate, organised, and running smoothly. If you're the type who notices the small things other people miss, and you get quiet satisfaction from a clean spreadsheet and a completed checklist, you'll fit right in. **What You'll Be Doing** * Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions * Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency * Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems * Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets * Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or data entry role * Exceptional attention to detail, this is non-negotiable. * A proven track record of accurate, high-quality data entry and data review * Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data manipulation * Someone who double-checks their own work without being asked to * Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment * Clear written and verbal communication in English **Benefits** * $2,000–$3,500/month USD (based on experience) * Fully remote, work from anywhere * Full-time position with a stable, growing company * A clear scope of work and structured daily responsibilities
