What You'll Do.

Manage student issues
Process late arrivals
Follow up with absent students
Assist with student tests
Produce student attendance reports
Produce disciplinary reports
Produce honor roll reports
Produce other reports
Compile data for reports
Post school documents to Shared Server
Fulfill staff supply requests
Maintain office equipment
Ensure copiers are operational
Stock copiers with toner
Stock copiers with paper
Conduct weekly supply inventory checks
Conduct equipment checks
Restock supplies as necessary
Support stocking paper
Assist with campus preparation
Assist with coordination of school events
Assist with test administration
Assist with test processing
Assist with production of school memos

Our students will change the world. About the Role: The Operations Assistant is the face of the Achievement First campus and a key member of the school’s operations team. The primary responsibility of the Operations Assistant is to operate a welcoming and efficient main office. The Operations Assistant will work closely with the Director of School Operations and report directly to them. The ideal candidate is a highly personable, systematic, and extremely organized worker-bee who deeply believes in the Achievement First school model and is committed to helping build a network of high-performing schools.
