What You'll Achieve.
deliver cutting-edge XR vision correction and optical systems; enable direct-to-consumer sales of vision correction; launch robust, accurate, scalable online vision measurement services; ensuring technical feasibility, operational readiness and alignment with customer expectations and timeline; achieve optimal outcomes
Industry & Context.
Ability to work independent and with limited guidance to solve highly complex problems; analytical skills; resolving complex problems using personal experience, analytical tools, and advanced research methodologies
Travel internationally as required (approximately 20–30% of the time)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field, over 2 years of technical expertise managing complex, fast-paced projects, Proven ability to deliver on strategic and operational goals within time-sensitive environments, Demonstrates a high degree of independent, structured work in dynamic settings, analytical skills evidenced by previous projects, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, Maintains high resilience and a positive professional attitude under prolonged pressure, Demonstrated ability to conduct statistical analyses for data-driven decision-making and product validation
Nice to Have
Desirable certifications include Project Management credentials such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent, Professional experience within the consumer electronics or ophthalmic industry, ideally focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, understanding of end-to-end operations processes including procurement, production planning, logistics, IT, and quality management, Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, Exposure to international environments
