What You'll Do.

Own day-to-day operations for the investments team

overseeing the private investment annual meeting tracking and registration process

note-taking and follow-up on action items.

Coordinate contracting

and budget tracking in partnership with Finance.

and logistics support to team members.

Organize and maintain documentation utilizing enterprise and investments-specific systems.

Translate team goals and strategic initiatives into actionable plans

Monitor progress against priorities

and proactively drive resolution.

Facilitate alignment across the investments team and with cross-functional partners.

Lead the development and coordination of Investment Committee (IC) and Board materials

ensuring that deliverables are professional

Manage cross-functional projects within the Investments team involving Finance

Track deliverables and ensure accountability across appropriate parties.

Identify operational inefficiencies or gaps and recommend practical solutions.

Serve as a proxy for the CIO in external communications

including with IC members.

Handle inbound requests and communications for CIO.
