What They're Looking For.
Must Have
German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2 is mandatory, At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in German language process, Good communication skills, Can interact independently with various stakeholders, Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts

What You'll Do.
Complete day-to-day activity as per standards
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of production duties
Ensure adherence to all TAT/cut-off times
Ensure quality of processing as maintained in SLAs
Respond to queries/escalations within time frames
Manage account freeze/unfreeze process
Perform performance research for debtors/creditors
Perform multiple level calculation for payments
Verify client signatures for banking documents
Ensure proper documentation and system updates
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Ensure compliance with policies
Handle adhoc projects/tasks/activities

Regular collaboration with onshore colleagues and clients; Collaborate with onshore colleagues and clients in Germany; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies; Act as a key point of contact with onshore colleagues and clients
