What You'll Achieve.
ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties; ensure adherence to all TAT/cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs; ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified; Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies; Ensure all your key deliverables are completed on a timely manner without any escalations

Must Have
German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2 is mandatory (preferably from Goethe/Max Mueller Bhavan), At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in German language process, Good communication skills and can interact independently with various stakeholders, Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts
What You'll Do.

Account Freeze/Unfreeze: Manage the end-to-end process of account freezing and unfreezing for private banking clients
Performance research in order to find debitors and creditors and process as per the guidelines
Perform multiple level calculation in order to determine final amount and make payments
Signature Validation and Updation: Verify client signatures for various banking documents and transactions
Ensure proper documentation and system updates are made in accordance with bank policies
Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or fraudulent activities associated with account transactions
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
Handle any other Adhoc projects/tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor
Ensure all your key deliverables are completed on a timely manner without any escalations
