What You'll Achieve.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties; Ensure all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified; Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Ensure all your key deliverables are completed on a timely manner without any escalations

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2, At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in German language process, Good communication skills, Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts
What You'll Do.
Support multiple critical processes
Complete day-to-day activity as per standards
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of production duties
Adhere to all TAT/cut-off times
Maintain quality of processing as maintained in SLAs
Respond to queries/escalations within time frames
Act as backup for peers in absence
Share best practices with the team
Manage account freeze/unfreeze process
Perform performance research for debtors/creditors
Perform multiple level calculation for payments
Verify client signatures for banking documents
Ensure proper documentation and system updates
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Proactively identify and escalate potential risks
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
Handle Adhoc projects/tasks/activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regular collaboration with onshore colleagues and clients; Act as a key point of contact with onshore colleagues and clients in Germany; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Communication Scope
Good communication skills; Can interact independently with various stakeholders; Communicating effectively in German
