What You'll Achieve.
ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties; ensure adherence to all TAT/cut-off times; ensure quality of processing as maintained in SLAs; ensure all queries/first level escalations are responded to within time frames; Ensure all your key deliverables are completed on a timely manner without any escalations

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2, At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in German language process, Good communication skills, Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts

Manage account freezing and unfreezing
Perform performance research
Perform multiple level calculation
Verify client signatures
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies
Handle Adhoc projects/tasks/activities

Collaboration with Onshore Teams and Clients; Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies; Share best practices with the team
