**Role Overview** An Operations Analyst & Automation Engineer supports day-to-day operations and customer needs in a customer cybersecurity environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, build technical and operational skills, and contribute to protecting customer environments. In this role, you will support customers by assisting with operational workflows, monitoring activities, documentation, and issue coordination; including identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve support efficiency.
